1. How old do you have to be to take the course?
We recommend students take this once they’re ready to stay home alone, and/or before they start babysitting, however, students are generally between the ages of 12 -16. If this is you, hop right in!
2. How long do I have access to the course?
You will have unlimited access to the course for 1 year from the time of purchase!
3. Can multiple people use this course?
Unfortunately, no. This online course is intended for only one person and only the person who takes the course will have their name on the certificate.
4. Is this a legally recognized course?
While there are no legal qualifications required for any Babysitting Course in Canada or the USA, Action First Aid (the provider behind the Babysitting Course) is a licensed First Aid Training provider in Canada and has been running courses for over 25 years. We know our stuff!
5. Where do I have to go to complete the course?
You don’t need to go anywhere! Complete The Babysitting Course from the comfort of your home, or the park, or the library, you name it! This course is completely online and self-paced – all you need is an internet connection!
6. Is this available in my country?
The Babysitting Course is perfect for any English speaking learner! Plus, we also have a French version! The majority of the content is applicable no matter where you live. You can checkout from our website in either Canadian or US currency.
7. Why should I take this course?

9. Do I need to retake the course?
No! Certification does not expire. However, if you need a refresher or you just can’t quite remember something because of all the amazing information you learned, you have access to the course for one year.
10. How long does the course take to complete?
There are six interactive modules to work through with quizzes throughout! The time it takes to complete your course ranges from 4-6 hours – but it’s entirely up to you how much time you spend!
